3. Services

We offer jewelry sales, repairs, custom design, appraisals, and related services. Turnaround times are estimates. We may decline or cancel any order or repair at our discretion (with any prepaid amounts refunded).

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices may change without notice until you receive a written quote. Sales tax applies where required. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or at pickup. Unclaimed repairs may incur storage fees and, after a reasonable period, may be sold to recoup costs as allowed by law.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse the site (spam, scraping, unlawful content).
• You represent that any item you bring for service is lawfully yours to repair or modify.
• If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and let us know of any unauthorized use.

The site is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution (Optional Arbitration)

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by emailing us. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies (or arbitration if you insert a clause here).

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Gerrish Jewelers regarding the site and services.
